In 2001 we launched a grassroots movement in education to bring a hybrid style of yoga, medical therapeutic yoga, to the licensed health care professional.
We work with hospital systems, universities, private practices, and studios across North America to offer CE, CME, and workshops.

PYT is an APPROVED NATA BOC CE Provider and provider of medical CE for a wide range of medical professions.

Prerequisites - The only prerequisite required for entry into the PYT program is that a person hold a current and valid license to practice in their state. The PYT program is open to all licensed health care professionals. A previous yoga practice of at least 1 year is recommended, but does not preclude one from enrolling.

FOR STUDENTS IN THE PYT PROGRAM PRIOR TO 2011:
(TRANSITIONAL PYT STUDENTS)

Transitional PYT students are ONLY those students who started the PYT program prior to 2011, in its on-site format, and intend to comlete it in the distance format. You may take the following modules to complete the PYT I and II course series:

If you need to take PYT I - You must take:
Module 1-6, and the first 1/2 of Module 8.

If you need to take PYT II - You must take:
Module 3, 5, 7, and the last 1/2 of Module 8.

If you need to take PYT III - You must take:
Module 10, 14

If you need to take PYT IV - You must take:
Module 11, 12, 13, and 15
