In 2001 we launched a grassroots movement in education to bring a hybrid style of yoga, medical therapeutic yoga, to the licensed health care professional.
We work with hospital systems, universities, private practices, and studios across North America to offer CE, CME, and workshops.

PYT is an APPROVED NATA BOC CE Provider and provider of medical CE for a wide range of medical professions.

Module 13

Module 13 Community Case Competency - CCC (home study project)

Module 13 can be completed at any time during your PYT Certification matriculation. You will work with Ginger to formulate and complete a project that is based on your community and/or clinical needs and expertise.

Module 13 is required for graduation from the PYT program.

As a long time peer review editor for the International Journal of Yoga Therapy, Ginger works with you to complete a project which will be publication ready for a peer-reviewed medical journal upon completion.

Completion of your CCC is part of your professional responsibility and also facilitates experience in becoming a published author and recognized clinician in your field of medical therapeutic yoga expertise.

Clinical Objectives

Complete a project through direct contact and mentoring with PYT founder, Ginger Garner.
Become a published author in your field of clinical specialty in medical therapeutic yoga/PYT.
Demonstrate proficiency in research methods.
Demonstrate proficiency in the PYT method, the east/west merging of evidence based yoga and rehabilitation.

Tuition for the CCC is covered under the on-site tuition for Module 15.
